Christmas card

Another quick post before heading to work =)

I made this card for the Tickled Pink monthly challenge : Embossing. Here I´ve stamped the sentiment and the flower with Distress Ink Walnut Stain and clear embossed them.  I also clear embossed the spellbinder die.

The image is a Tickled Pink stamp called Lil Christmas Lolita Lilith, coloured with Copics. The papers are from Basic Grey : Nordic Holliday.

A Gift Card

 

A quick post to show you a gift card I´ve made using a Tinkled Pink stamp called Fairy Kira , I´ve drooled over this stamp for a long time and I think I will use it A LOT ;) 

I´ve coloured the image with Copics: Dress BG72, B97,B99, Wings R81, R37, R59, and  painted the edges of the papers  with white acrylic paint.

There´s also glitter on her wings even though it´s not showing in the picture.

Inside there´s a little pocket  to hold a nice gift.

Pitkästä aikaan osallistun P*askarteluhaasteeseen, jonka aiheena tällä viikolla on käyttää aaltopahvia.

Sain pelastettua tämän teepussilaatikon  varmalta tuholta mieheltäni  hirveällä väittelyllä ;))  ja sain tasan kaksi viikkoa aikaa tehdä sillä jotain, muuten se lentäisi roskiin…  ( ehei… en minä ole hamstraaja =D )

 

Aloitin maalaamalla ruskealla akryylimaalilla pohjan, levitin krakelointiainetta, päälle valkoista maalia, siitä tuli kamalaa… yritin pyyhkiä pois maalit vauvapyyhkeillä,… juku, mikä tekstuuri =D  Tässä vaiheessa hihitin hysteerisesti kun miehen katse oli semmoinen että  voi ei… ei kai tuota hirvitystä pidä katsella!  Juu, ja päälle vielä punaista maalia.

  Ei kai kukaan voi heittää tämmöistä laatikkoa pois kaiken tuon hikoilun jälkeen?!!

  Leimakuvana on Art Impression: Aunt Lovelle Sitting On Couch. Jotenkin näen siinä itseäni  vanhempana  =)  Laatikossa siis ajon säilyttää muistitikuille tallentamani kuvamuistot ;))

Hello!

I`m back from my too short vacation in Algeria, it was really nice to see all my family after four years. It was also the first time my dad saw my husband and nephew =)  We had a great time there.

The departure was very hard for me and my brother, and I cried like a baby at the airport =(

As soon as I got home though,  I started crafting ;))  I made another Sarah Kay card, this time using this sweet  stamp called  Isabelle with puppy coco. Sorry I forgot to write down the Copics I´ve used. The papers are from Basic Grey.

Here´s some pics: 

We spend 2 days in Paris at my cousin´s before heading to Algeria. My husband never went to Paris before so he wanted to see as much as he could, he almost killed us with all the walking and climbing the stairs... all those stairs...

This is at the Basilique du Sacré- Coeur, 237 stairs! I had the bad idea to go first, and after a while my knee refuse to bend anymore and I was causing traffic. I did hear my cousin and hubby laughing =/

 

The Eiffel tower. We went only on the second floor, never made it to the top!

 

In Algeria, Seraidi beach

This is the sweetest dog on earth - Tina, she was waiting for the ball to fall off  the roof.. poor puppy, it never did =)
